Kennel Regulations

These regulations define the operating principles of the NAOMIS dog kennel and the rules for reserving and purchasing puppies.

The NAOMIS kennel is run by Olena Holovko, 72-211 Nowogard, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, and is registered with SHIOZ Zoolandia.

The kennel is an amateur kennel and is not operated as a business activity.

The purpose of the kennel is to raise healthy, balanced and well-socialized dogs.

All dogs in the kennel receive proper veterinary care and are raised in a home environment.

Reservation of a puppy takes place after prior contact with the kennel and confirmation of availability.

The reservation may be confirmed after paying a deposit.

• —the deposit confirms the reservation
• —the deposit is non-refundable in case of buyer cancellation
• —if the puppy cannot be delivered, the deposit will be returned

A puppy may be transferred to the new owner only after reaching the appropriate age.

At the time of transfer the puppy:

• —has a health booklet
• —is dewormed
• —is vaccinated according to age
• —may have a microchip
• —receives a starter kit

The new owner agrees to provide proper living conditions for the dog.

The owner's responsibilities include:

• —providing veterinary care
• —proper nutrition
• —ensuring safety and welfare
• —treating the dog as a family member

The kennel makes every effort to ensure puppies are healthy and properly developed.

The kennel is not responsible for:

• —illnesses resulting from improper care after sale
• —behavioral changes caused by upbringing
• —random events after the puppy is transferred

Puppies leave the kennel healthy and in good condition.

The new owner should visit a veterinarian for continued care.

The kennel maintains contact with puppy owners and is always willing to provide advice regarding care, feeding and training.

The kennel reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if it believes the future conditions may not be appropriate.

These regulations may be updated at any time.
